For example, with phpMyAdmin, if you have selected a database (drop down menu) and the table list (bottom/left) has been loaded, then restart Firefox using the session restore feature, if you use any of the table links (bottom/left), a new window/tab will be opened for the target... rather than it loading in the main frame (rightFrame).
