Can't delete Test Plan(s) after setting Edit-Parameters-Testopia-"allow-test-deletion" parameter to "On".

One of those things where I had to reboot my machine for some reason. 

Don't forget that in order to be able to delete Test Plans, you either have to be an admin, or set "allow-test-deletion" Testopia parameter to "On". And you can't do it from the dashboard, you have to be in the actual plan (there is a "X" delete button there).
