Description

Configure Vanilla discussions so that they are sticky and read-only. Potentially put a note at the head of the discussion page indicating that discussions are frozen and that users should consult the "support link" on the add-on details page.

SQL added on http://wiki.mozilla.org/Update:Developers/Database_Changes#To_be_run_someday to close all discussions.  (Now removing links to start more)

The SQL I linked to closes all existing discussions.

This patch removes all links to Start A New Discussion.  

Do others think this is sufficient, or do we need to remove all the associated pages/files from svn as well?

I suggest we also at least remove or block the code that allows starting a new discussion, otherwise people remembering the URL may inject new threads. Same goes for the UI to add a new comment, though that shouldn't show up anywhere after we close all discussions.

Checked a smattering of each's pages, and all were consistently styled in our 3.2 theme; also didn't see any way of starting a new thread.  Please reopen if I made a mistake.
