See the category list for Chatzilla as an example. It includes multiply named categories which makes it nearly impossible to decide what to put it in.

For each category entry, please add the following to the list: (APP) where APP is "Firefox", "Thunderbird", "SeaMonkey", etc... or "All Apps" (to indicate that this category is global.

Similarly, here is a theme's list, also, simply add the App name as above

E.g. for themes such as https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developers/edit/123

Okay last bugfix for today. This one is in r11450. Note that no name is shown when only one app is supported, but for multiple ones (such as for Chatzilla) the individual app names are shown. If a category is not app-specific (I don't think we have any of these currently), nothing is shown in parentheses either.
