Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727) Build Identifier: I double click Firefox icon (shortcut) to connect to Internet. Instead, get Windows Media with error message. Same thing happens when I try to open Thunderbird. This problem apparently started last Tuesday, March 18th. after I exited Firefox, shut down, then restarted later in day. Now, here's what's leading me to believe it is a Firefox problem: I can double click Internet Explorer icon (shortcut) and connect to Internet with no problem! Also, have no problem with Outlook Express connecting to email server. I prefer using Firefox and Thunderbird so hope you can help me correct problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Double click shortcut for Firefox 2.Get Windows Media 3.Unable to connect to Internet Actual Results: See above
