beltzner decided to to keep the current margin above title/url when fixing bug 407204.

It's currently 2px above the title/url on all platforms, but some reason it seems unusually large on vista.

Attached are screenshots of vista, xp, os x with the new font size (1.15em) with the current 2px margin above title/url and 0px margin. (As a bonus, it has the font colors and border color from bug 423718.)

Here are the total row sizes, space from top to "/" in title, title font size, between title/url "/", below url:

vista 2px: 41px total, 8px above, 12px title "/", 7px between, 10px url "/", 3px below
vista 0px: 38px total, 6px above, 12px title "/", 6px between, 10px url "/", 3px below

xp 2px: 37px total, 6px above, 12px title "/", 6px between, 9px url "/", 3px below
xp 0px: 35px total, 4px above, 12px title "/", 5px between, 9px url "/", 4px below

osx 2px: 39px total, 7px above, 12px title "/", 6px between, 11px url "/", 2px below
osx 0px: 36px total, 5px above, 12px title "/", 5px between, 11px url "/", 2px below

So some reason vista has a bunch of extra whitespace...
