42470 - Tooltip values (0/0) are wrong since the folder hasn't been read yet

If you haven't selected a IMAP folder and thereby not downloaded all the headers 
of the folder, Mozilla still shows "0/0" in the tooltip of the folder when 
holding your mouse over the folder.
This is wrong since it gives me the impression that there are no messages in the 
folder which is wrong.
The tooltip should show something like "message count unknown" or perhaps just 
"?/?"

It should be ?/?, which the backend indicates by returning -1 for the counts -
but this may be broken.

we don't use tooltips here anymore, so marking invalid.
