I'm seeing these button arrows centered with today's trunk, Ubuntu Hardy 64bit, Clearlooks/Human Gtk Theme. What distribution/Gtk theme are you using? Does it also happen with a clean profile?
Hmm, using a completely new profile on the latest nightly (March 28) the history (back/forward) dropdown button's arrow appears centred, but the tab list dropdown button's arrow appears to be slightly too far to the left now (rather than the right as before). I guess the theme stuff is still being tweaked a bit, it'll probably be fixed completely soon. (Using Clearlooks on Ubuntu Gutsy.)
I am resolving this bug as fixed since both the tab arrow and the history arrow is centered.
