It would be just the dropdown arrow that produces the tooltip.

Didn't realize this was a dupe.  I disagree with mconnor's decision on bug 414813 since I believe this is far from a standard widget.  Beltzner: can you weigh in.

This is a dupe of a bug I marked as WONTFIX.  I don't want to add a late string without someone giving me a _very_ good reason why you're trying to revisit a bug I marked as WONTFIX, especially in a new bug...

Yeah, my bad. I think I got mixed up in my own head about the dropmarker for the back/forward button and this.

Duping the other way, re-establishing WONTFIX on the other bug as per module owner decision.
