mozilla ignores refresh in sidebar

Details
Tried to do something similar to the tinderbox pane in the sidebar, adding one
of my pages to the panel.rdf file. It shows ok as the fifth panel, but mozilla
refuses to refresh it every minute, as instructed by its headers. Same page,
displayed on main window, refreshes as it should.

Works with 2000061708, but when leaving mozilla open and that pane is selected
in sidebar to reload forever, mozilla crashes.

linux/062308 crashes again with a page refreshed every 60 seconds. Or is this a
new bug?
