On automatic install of flash via the plug-finder service, a window that says "malformed file" shows up with the following text: 

"Firefox could not install this item because "install-s4s..rdf" (provided by the item) is not well-formed or does not exist. Please contact the author about this problem."

Which looks like a problem with Flash except installs on Firefox 2.0.12 work fine, and that's not a good filename.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click a "download plugin" box for flash.
2. Follow steps
3. Install dies.
Actual Results:  
Install Dies.

Expected Results:  
Flash should have been installed.

All default setup.

Nothing too exciting on the windows build.
