Pretty self explanatory. The download manager window features (pause and cancel functions at least) break when space limit is reached.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Reach near disk space limit
2.download a file that is bigger than the actual limit
3.after receiving the "There is not enough room on the disk.." error, press ok.
Actual Results:
cancel/pause buttons and right click--> cancel link, not responsive.

Expected Results:
IMO you should be able to at least use the cancel feature which, under normal conditions would remove the file from the disk in its entirety.
