Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browser Menue - Edit
2. - Preferences
3. - in Preferences Window click Help
Actual Results:  
a new window without text.
I am experiencing a similar problem on an Intel macbook: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428909.

Last night my FF 3b5 crashed 5 times trying to open the help menu.  It hung for about 4-5 seconds this morning before opening...
