what exactly is not working, can you describe this a little more detailed ? Which Firefox Version do you use ?

Help -> points to http://www.mozilla.org/support/ now. Seems to be Bug 423486.

I am experiencing a similar problem on an Intel macbook: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428909. Last night my FF 3b5 crashed 5 times trying to open the help menu. It hung for about 4-5 seconds this morning before opening... Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008051202 Firefox/3.0 target i386-apple-darwin8.8.4

Can you please try RC1 and if it doesn't work give us the exact steps to reproduce the problem..
