I've checked the following sampling:

it
es-ES
zh-CN
fr
de

and all have the firefox icon as expected.   I havent gone through the entire list, and probably dont have time to right now.

Hmm, WFM on Tiger.

weird.  i can't repro this anymore.  tried on both tiger and leopard, and its showing the firefox logo now.   if no one else can repro, i'll mark this bug INVALID.
