425525 - Cannot Install

Build Identifier: Thunderbird Setup 2.0.0.12.exe

Each time I try to install, I receive the following error statement:

Error opening file for writing:
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\xpicleanup.exe
Click Retry to try again, or 
Cancel to stop the installation

So, what is the issue and how do I solve it so I can install Thunderbird?

It works for me.

When I run Thunderbird Setup 2.0.0.12.exe on Windows XP, that does not happen.

If it did happen to me, then I would try manually deleting the file xpicleanup.exe.  Indeed, I might manually delete the entire Mozilla Thunderbird directory.  Then I would run the installer again.
