Build ID: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008032705 Minefield/3.0pre

Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit gmail.com
2. Note that the navigation links are no longer underlined

WORKS: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9b5pre) Gecko/2008032605 Minefield/3.0b5pre
FAILS: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008032705 Minefield/3.0pre

This seems to be Windows 2000 only.
Also tried with a fresh profile with no luck.
Summary: Gmail navigation liniks no longer underlined → Gmail navigation links no longer underlined
The links are underlined if I zoom out 2 steps.
Severity: normal → major
I don't think we care about Windows 2000, but a reduced testcase could be nice.

This happens also on Windows XP.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008032705 Minefield/3.0pre ID:2008032705
Bug 425488 looks related. Same regression range.
OK, now I am really confused. I don't see this issue anymore. Haven't updated, still on 2008032705...
I can confirm this with today's nightly:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008032805 Minefield/3.0pre

Oddly, the test case WFM a minute ago. I restarted with a clean profile to try the new nightly, then got back to this profile and the testcase doesn't work for some zoom in and out levels.
Yes, this is very odd. It can happen for hours to then not be reproducible again for a couple of restarts.
Looks like this is a reoccurence of Bug 162818. That testcase looks similar and is missing an underline.
Flags: blocking1.9?
There are two bugs, one is bug 162818, and I broke the underline position at bug 425249. I'll post a simple patch to bug 245488. This is simple mistake, sorry.
