M16 fails to display / load on Japanese NT 4.0, I have not tried eariler versions as this is my first install. mozilla.exe is listed under as running under task manager but nothing shows. Profile manager does the same.
silver.silver@start.com.au: please try loading a brand new M17 nightly build and post the results here. qawanted, need anyone with japanese NT 4.0

This build worked much better than before, I was unable to get anything before, now I can get the startup logo and I can browse some pages in english and Japanese that seem to have to problem. Although when I exit I recieve a "read" error 0x60b3454c (I can't read it it is in Japanese).
That read error on exit seems to be an entirely different issue than what was originally reported here (startup problems)...please split that off into a separate bug, and I'll resolve this as wfm based on your comment. Thanks!
