Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use build 2000061408
2. Load latest PSM from http://docs.iplanet.com/docs/manuals/psm/psm-
mozilla/index.html
3. Exit/Re-enter and go to smoketest and choose 'SSL Check' link.

Actual Results:  Mozilla hangs for more than 30 seconds. Cursor will not

change.

Expected Results:  Loading progress displayed.
