KDE supports displaying the menu bar at the top like Mac OS. Firefox should use this bar if it's enabled

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Mac OS-style menu bar in KDE
2.Start Firefox
Actual Results:  
The menu bar at the top is blank, Ifrefox still has it's own bar in its window

Expected Results:  
The menu bar at the top is used.
