press space bar supposed to act like press pagedown, but it goes up in today's nightly?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any page that is longer than the screen so you have scroll bar
2.drag page to the middle of the page
3.press spacebar
Actual Results:  
page scroll upwards

Expected Results:  
page scroll downwards
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
