Build Identifier: Thunderbird 20080227, Lightning 2008031818

When creating a new network calendar, dragging and dropping a hyperlink into the "Location" field doesn't activate the "Next" button. To activate the button something must actually be typed in the field - for example, a URL can be copy-pasted, or something can be typed and then erased after dragging/dropping a hyperlink.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File -> New -> Calendar
2. Select "On the Network", click "next"
3. Open any web page containing a hyperlink, and drag/drop that hyperlink into the "Location" field in the Create New Calendar dialog.
Actual Results:
"Next" button stays inactive.

Expected Results:
"Next" button should have been activated.
