We need to setup two more machines to match qm-centos5-01 to get to triadic coverage here.

IT: I'm not sure whether qm-centos5-01 is a VM or not, but can you please look in to acquiring two Linux machines (or cloning the VM twice) as close in configuration as possible to qm-centos5-01?

(In reply to comment #2) > It's a VM. Cloned VMs will work? Absolutely.

qm-centos5-01 is suspended at the moment - I can't clone a suspended VM. Can I power it back up or turn it off?

(In reply to comment #4) > qm-centos5-01 is suspended at the moment - I can't clone a suspended VM. Can I > power it back up or turn it off? Huh? It's still testing builds, according to http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/Firefox/, so maybe that's a different VM?

Very confusing to have two VMs with the same name! Can you take a downtime hit to clone this VM?

(In reply to comment #6) > Very confusing to have two VMs with the same name! I agree! Maybe the suspended VM is an old clone of it? > Can you take a downtime hit to clone this VM? Not without a downtime window, no. It's a tier 1 machine. Have we not cloned this machine before? Seems weird that we wouldn't already have a copy of this...

Running into a bug with vReplicator (http://supportforums.vizioncore.com/forums/thread/6673.aspx) and I can't hot clone this VM. Have to wait till I get the fix or until you can take a downtime hit.

mrz: could we do this clone concurrently with the downtime for the PGO build on Thursday? (ref: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=420073#c51)

Yep. That can be done. Let me know the start time.

if you're going to be around during regular office hours tomorrow, I will schedule the downtime for April 3, 2008, sometime in the morning.

Good idea, however, the ESX host that this is on is dev-vmware01 and that box is hosed - I'm unable to manage any of the VMs on that box at the moment. The fix appears to require a reboot. That'll probably happen tonight and I can take move it to qm-vmware and clone it, if that works.

These are reporting to buildbot/tinderbox now. Waiting for a few green cycles before resolving.
