Mac version of bug 340131. Since rollup events are always consumed on Mac, autocomplete behavior there is incorrect. Rollup events for the autocomplete popup should never be consumed.

(Windows does consume events if the popup was opened by the dropdown, I'm not sure whether that behavior should extend to the Mac as well. Safari doesn't have a dropmarker, and I can't think of any other platform autocomplete widgets.)
