User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b4) Gecko/2008030714 Firefox/3.0b4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b4) Gecko/2008030714 Firefox/3.0b4 In FF3B4 or the nightlies, once you've logged into BankofAmerica.com and are viewing an account, the Bill Pay, Transfer, Customer Service, and other tabs at the top do not contain navigational links to the services they describe. However, the Overview tab does display a link and upon clicking it, the other tabs return to normal functionality. This is not exhibited in FF 2.0.0.12 or IE7. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into any BankofAmerica.com account. 2. Once logged in, click the link to one of your accounts. 3. Once in one of your accounts, try to click the links to any other tab at the top of the page besides Overview. Even though this is a broken website issue, Shaver has granted me a special dispensation to report it here.
Is there anything in the error console? (Tools->Error Console) Recommend clearing the console, then logging in, to make it easier to spot.
Lots of errors, but I have no clue what a single one of them mean. Various "see bug 330494" and "...not a legal ECMA-262 octal constant" as well as "Error in parsing value for property 'padding-left' [and 'filter']. Declaration dropped."
Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.x or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing. http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles
