In today's nightly  cannot scroll using the space bar anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page large enough to show vertical scrollers
2. Hit the space bar
3.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
The page should scroll.

Started with today's nightly.
