Going to http:://www.yahoo.com sends me to http://www.yahoo.com//www.yahoo.com in both Camino 1.6b4 and Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008032704 Minefield/3.0pre Happens with google.com as well. Seems recent since Mardeg gets sent to google search on fx3b4 and Kjoonlee gets sent to wikipedia for HTTP on fx3b5rc1. Tested because I saw bug 231720 had been duped to another bug and patched and I wondered if all cases had been caught.
Invalid because previous bugs about sending someone to a Feeling Lucky search with a malformed protocol only applied to links, not to input in the location bar.
