When accessing Mandriva's Bugzilla web site, SeaMonkey displays a message that the certificate authority is unknown and I have to temporarily accept it for that browsing session.  This occurred at least from SM 1.1.8 through and including 1.1.10.  I did not access Mandriva's Bugzilla prior to using SM 1.1.8.

Firefox does not display this same message.

Both Mozilla and Firefox are using the exact same code for the Certificate handling and i get this error in both Seamonkey trunk and Firefox 3b4.

It's expected that you get this error, it would be a bug if you don't get this error but I think you have stored a permanent exception in Firefox.

The root certificate will not be added (see bug 215243)
