Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change action of any content-type in tools > options > applications
2. Press cancel button

I see this too. Go into Tools > Options > Applications and then change one of the Actions for a Content Type, and then press the Cancel button

It feels like the change you made should be reverted, but actually your change is still remembered.

I can't find a dupe so I'm confirming this.

If there is change with these: Podcast, Video Podcast and Web Feed and I press cancel the changes are discarded, but all others looks like stored and cancel does nothing.
