The regression seems to have happened between 28 and 29, precisely like bug 426027. The test runs fast and nice in the build of March 28, and reaches 71. In the build of 29 it runs slow after 50/51 and never reaches higher than 70.

Try the latest nightly, you're on a day old nightly. Also, the pause between 50/41 is barely noticeable, I see it but it doesn't take 3 seconds.
It still doesn't work in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008033105 Minefield/3.0pre.

I have no explanation to why this can happen. I have the same build at work and there there is no big delay.
After some more research, I have narrowed it down to that disabling the plugin "Bittorrent Plugin 1" fixes the problem.
