Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b4) Gecko/2008030714 Firefox/3.0b4

When the browser window is maximized on the secondary display closing the window and re-launching the browser places it back on the primary display.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch firefox (opens on your primary display)
2.Click the restore button to allow you to move the window.
3.Move the firefox window to your secondary display.
4.Click the maximize button.
5.Close and re-open firefox.
Actual Results:
Opens on the primary display

Expected Results:
Opened on the secondary display (where it was last placed)

You get the expected behavior if the window is not maximized when you close it.
Internet Explorer and other applications behave according to expectations, (opens in the position it was in when it was last closed) so it must be an issue with this particular application.

Normal severity, but extremely annoying...
