My Plans --> select Test Plan --> select Plan Document tab




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select Plan Document tab:
2.perform some text changes and submit. New Test Plan version is created.
3.Select the previous version from the dropdown and click View Version.
Actual Results:  
Result: only top portion of the document is displayed, no scrolling. Cannot view the entire text to compare the versions.

Expected Results:  
The entire text of the previous version should be available, so one can see, what has been modified
