When I open a new Firefox window while I have an "open file" dialog opened in a previously opened Firefox window then the bookmarks toolbar is displayed blank.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch firefox
2.open the "open file" dialog
3.launch firefox again (using a desktop shortcut, for example)

Actual Results:  
the bookmark toolbar in the second window is just blank (instead of displaying bookmark shortcuts)

Expected Results:  
displaying a filled bookmark toolbar
