Steps to reproduce:
-> Install the DejaClick Extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/versions/3262)
-> Make this Extension Compatible to Firefox Nightly (as example with the Nightly tester tool)
-> Start Firefox with this Extension enabled 
-> Quit Firefox

We need more information here if this is to block.  My understanding is that "ASSERTION: XPConnect is being called on a scope without a 'Components'
property!" is a very common error message for many types of bugs.  Additionally, this late in the game, we could probably take this in a dot release.  If someone disagrees, please re-nom.  Marking wanted 1.9.0.x+
