See testcase, when pressing the down key and then the down, right, left, Pg up or Pg Dn key, the page is scrolling left, right, up or down, which you wouldn't expect when the popup is open.

While there is a testcase here that shows the problem.  Can we get one in our test suite that's automated?  Approval pending answer.
