I upgraded from Firefox 3 Beta 4 to Beta 5 and upon relaunch there is a duplicate Back and Forward button set.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from Beta 4 to Beta 5

Actual Results:  
There are two sets of back and forward buttons.

Expected Results:  
There should only be one set of back and forward buttons.
