When the user is modifying their toolbar with the customization palette, they might be interested in viewing other themes that are available for Firefox. This seems like a good place for a "Get Themes" link to take them to AMO.
I'm not sure how this fits. Themes change the look of the toolbar perhaps but they don't change the customization options.
In the general sense that the user's goal is to customize their interface. I'm also a little worried about the number of users who don't know that themes exist (from the comments on some of the interface mockups), this link may help improve the discoverability of themes.
Shouldn't this link go in the Add-ons manager?
Setting to wontfix for now, but I think we should still think about exposing theme customization from the toolbar customization window at some point in the future.
