I go to install and it just sits there trying to install. At times, I can install, but when I go to restart, it takes me back to the page asking me to install, says it was only a partial install. 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get update message
2.install
3. get restart message, click on it, takes me back to the install page

I have already outlined this

Do you use the User Agent override addon ?
If you go to about:config, did you modify "general.useragent.extra.firefox" there ?

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.10 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
