The lower edge of the "Next", "Previous", and "Highlight all" buttons are cut off in Windows classic.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure that you are using un-themed Windows (Windows Classic).
2. Open find bar and type something into the box.
3. Hover your mouse over the Next/Previous/Highlight buttons
Actual Results:  
The lower edge of the buttons are cut off.

Expected Results:  
The lower edge of the buttons are not cut off.
