Hi Steven. It looks like the various language pack download pages (accessible from https://www-firefox3.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html#lang_packs) aren't handling the transition to the new look & feel very well: they're appearing slightly broken right now...sort of a mish-mash between the old and new styles.
Target Milestone: --- → 3.0
Fixed in r12032.

Now looking fine to me; tentatively verifying (reopen if I missed something).
