After upgrade Firefox from 3 beta 4 to 3 beta 5, can not use my Master Password, so, can not use the stored passwords and personal certificates.

Mmmm, Yeap, the problem is the bug 424524. But this happen in any dialog who asks the password.

Sorry, I will reopen this bug, because the 424524 was marked fixed bug, but reappears in the FF3 b5 :-s

yes, but it got fixed after b5 :-)
If pasting of the password into the password box helps, then this is a dupe.

You might also try a currently nightly build, which would have the fix from 424524.

WFM, presumably fixed by the bug mentioned earlier.
