Steps to reproduce:
-> Install the Showcase Extension from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addons/versions/1810 (see also Bug 426821) 
-> Use the Extension
-> Open some Tabs and Windows, create Showcases for this and also click around in the Options Window
--> Leak

Nominating for Blocking 1.9 since 14,490 downloads from AMO 

Note: Was maximum leaking 3 nsGlobalWindows during the tests

+'ing this for more information.  Jonas, Bent, I'm not sure of the popularity of this extension, so can you guys make a suggestion for minusing this if necessary.
