If you use a dark theme, such as <a href="http://art.gnome.org/themes/gtk2/1285">Darkilouche</a> or my <a href="http://art.gnome.org/themes/gtk2/1364">Clearlooks-Darklime</a>, the text becomes unreadable. You should let the theme set the text color, and maybe mix it with some green for the URL string.
