When Switching the color of the Text Menu Items in GTK for other than black, the Text Menu Items in firefox should change also, but it does not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change the color of the text menu items in GTK to White
2.Open Firefox
3.The color of the text menu items in firefox doesn't change.
Actual Results:  
When Switching the color of the Text Menu Items in GTK for other than black, the Text Menu Items in firefox keeps black.

Expected Results:  
When Switching the color of the Text Menu Items in GTK for other than black, the Text Menu Items in firefox should change also.
