I try to download the english dictionary tools, options composition, spelling, download more dictionaries
get directed to your site (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-S/thunderbird/browse/type:3
when I click on englsih (British) I get
IE was not able to open this Internet site

Steps to Reproduce:
1.as above

Drag the link and drop it on your desktop, creating a shortcut there. Then drag the shortcut and drop it in Thunderbird's Add-ons window.
