I can't see why this is happening, since GMail's password field does not have this problem, but the simple test case (attached) will not let me enter the password (as I type, the cursor jumps around in the field. This is a very recent regression (wasn't happening yesterday).

Hm, after doing a reboot due to system instability, this appears to work now. Nothing to see here, move along.
