It only comes up as a default look. I have reset the settings but it still only shows the default look, no preview pane. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.log off back on again 2.change the settings (no change) 3. Actual Results: just log in and it will display email in default mode (no preview pane) display email in preview pane
