When we did the first offline cache patch, we decided on a 100 meg patch.

Since we've protected access to the offline cache with a pref, and (at least in firefox, which is the only app that will grant that permission atm) there's UI to examine individual offline cache usage for a given domain, I think we should bump the size up to 500 megs, in case we start running in to multiple large apps.

(also, apparently I typo'ed or something in the original patch, and what went in was 10 megs, not 100.  eek!)
