Expected Results: I expected to view the intended web page. None needed.
This would most likely be a crash due to the Java plugin, not due to Firefox itself. To find the version of Java you are using, you can check Tools...Add-ons...Plugins. Once you find this, please post a comment on this bug report with your Java version. To fix this problem, you will need to upgrade Java. You can get the latest version from the addons.mozilla.org plugin page, at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7 After you confirm that your crash is fixed by upgrading (or disabling) Java, this bug report should be marked as INVALID.
I had Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U2, Java Plug-in 1.6.0_02 for Netscape Navigator installed. I upgraded to Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U5, Java Plug-in 1.6.0_05 for Netscape Navigator. Problem solved.
