You have to export the cert, then import it to the browser to have the site load, too much stress for all the certs i create to test stuff. Make a cerificate 2. browse to site with cert, you get the window 3. nothing works on this page Actual Results: Nothing happens Expected Results: Exception button to make a window for me to add site to list of trust, or add certificate.

That there is no simple button is by design. But you can set an exception for many SSL errors but you failed to give us the exact error message that you get. Which SSL error do you mean ?
