427343 - When close a tab, should focus to the latest qactive tab

When you close an active tab, the focus goes to the nearest tab - usually the next. I think it would save time if the focus move to the previous active tab - this is the tab most times you want to see, is'n it?
  maybe you would consder using a setting in "Options", for those who still like the old style.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open multiple tabs
2.Move to first one
3.Open a new tab from here, (middle click on a link)
4.View it, close it
Actual Results:  
What i see is the last tab

Expected Results:  
I should go back to the first tab
